University Of Kashmir Notification For Special Supplementary Examination for OE/GE Courses of 2019 and 2018 Batch.

Sub:- Special Supplementary Examination for OE / GE Courses of 2019 and 2018 Batch.

All the students of Batch 2018 and Batch 2019 who have submitted their examination forms under the following notifications, but subsequently failed to appear in their GE/OE  examination because of the COVID-19 Pandemic/connectivity issues etc.: 

● 1st Semester - Notification #894 of Spring 2020

● 2nd Semester - Notification #925 of Autumn 2020

● 3rd Semester - Notification #921 of Autumn 2020

are directed to submit their request for permission to appear in the special supplementary examination accompanied by the examination form receipt (downloaded from their student  profile) to the Head of the Department from where they have opted their courses within ten days from the issuance of this notice. Students of Batch 2017 having missed examination or  having shortfall of credits are advised to send an email to cbcs@uok.edu.in, clearly mentioning the number of credits falling short along with preferred courses to be allotted.

Moreover, it is impressed upon all the concerned Heads/Coordinators to kindly expedite the process of conducting of the special examination of GE/OE courses after ensuring that the  relevant examination forms - as per correct session and notification number given above - have been duly accepted by the parent department of each applicant. The conduct of Special  Examination has the approval of the competent authorities vide letter no.(Backlog exam- OE/GE/PG)KU/20 dated 30/12/20.
